Save fuel driving from shop to shop trying on gowns in small change rooms, try our styles on in the privacy of your own home

Its easy select the style you like and we can send it to you. if you want to place an order fill out our order form with your measurements

(see How to measure in the MENU) and the colour you require return it to us and we place your order

Payment can be made with a credit card over the phone by phoning us 02 65554400 (do not send your credit cards details in an email) or by direct deposit, or Paypal.

Payment for the gown and postage (approx $22 for 1 x Bridal & $12 for 1 x Bridesmaid) must be paid before we send it, and if you do not want to go ahead with purchase you will receive a full refund less postage.

Any sample gowns must be returned within 14 days unless an agreed delay has been organised with us.

Once your order is received and confirmed it will take approx 10 to 12 weeks for Bridal & Bridesmaid or if needed in a rush (4 to 6 weeks) there will be an extra charge of $30 per gown.

We also give extra discount for Bridesmaid gowns if ordering 3 or more at once.

If you require fabric samples to be sent to you please select the colour from the colour chart in the MENU

An order can be cancelled with a full refund (less Postage) before it is confirmed, but once it is confirmed it cannot be cancelled

For all other stock items purchased from our website once payment is received delivery will be between 2 to 5 business days.

We have a money back guarantee for all items. If you are not satisfied with the goods you receive you can return it. we must be notified within 5 days of you receiving the item and it must be returned to us within 14 days and in as sent condition (unworn with shop tags attached) for a refund
